Iain Bell
Iain founded the Executive Fitness Foundation in 1991. In over 30 years he has become an expert in integrated lifestyle medicine and an internationally recognised speaker and wellness expert.
He lecturered in Longevity and Well-being at University of Edinburgh and has run exclusive detox programmes in Thailand, India and Spain for over 20 years. Iain is wellness advisor and contributor to European Spa Association, European Journal for Wellness and has appeared
on BBC, Channel 4 and ITV.
His approach to individuals and companies is creating a bespoke wellness framework to facilitate positive changes in mental and physical health. He has completed in excess of 35,000 coaching and wellness sessions with numerous qualifications in sports science, stress management and
physical therapy.
He has worked with athletes, blue chip executives and a number of Hollywood actors including Brian Cox for over two decades.
Iain is also wellness advisor to the Royal College of Surgeons

Julia Leckey
Julia describes herself as a storyteller, an author, a speaker, an executive/business coach, a brand builder, a twice cancer survivor, a mother of a 1lb baby and the wife of a husband who suffered and survived a heart attack at just 52.
Julia set up and built two highly profitable 7-figure businesses and sold them when she needed change. Julia says that she’s learnt that “life’s path can be fearful, unpredictable and joyful in equal measure”.
Describing her mission, Julia says “I’m on a journey to help thousands of people become more powerful in the face of fear. My 7-stage Health Blueprint shows how to navigate away from fear and towards action. I’m redefining wealth and returning it to the world with a fresh meaning.

Kay Pennington
Kay Pennington is a highly experienced spa and wellness professional known for her innovative leadership in the industry. With a career spanning over two decades, Kay has recently launched the "Resilience Power Leadership" workshops, designed to empower spa leaders with the skills to navigate challenges and foster resilience within their teams.
My connection with the Made for Life Foundation began in 2006 when I was introduced to Amanda Winwood at a spa conference. I was looking to innovate treatment menu's and provide more purposeful and meaningful services for the therapist to deliver.
When hearing about the foundation It didn't take very long at all for me to see and feel the importance of the presence of cancer touch therapy within the spa environment and I was one the first operators in the UK to open the doors to a facility where no guest would ever be turned away.

Jamie Edwards
Jamie is a leading peak performance coach and international speaker; an identity he has established through his ability to help elite sports stars, organisations and individuals create the results they aspire to.
Having worked with leading businesses and professional athletes to help them achieve peak performance, Jamie has the ability to help everyone to transform their thinking and embed a powerful new mindset.

Louise Baker
Louise Baker, MSc, is an applied neuroscience-informed hypnotherapist, coach, and psychosensory practitioner.
She specialises in helping clients manage anxiety and stress, particularly during medical procedures and waiting periods, using integrated techniques. Louise provides workshops on scanxiety for the UK charity Brainstrust and is known for her compassionate, creative, and supportive approach.
As a newly appointed speaker on the neuroscience of touch for the Made for Life Foundation, she will participate in SpaFest 2024 discussing mental health and pain. Additionally, she has joined the JoinVital.ai platform to offer personalized meditations. Her sessions are conducted online, making her accessible globally.

Laura Meeson
Laura Meeson, Director of Spa at Journey, is a breast cancer survivor on a mission.
Passionate about inclusivity, she advocates for spas to embrace clients with cancer, believing in the healing power of touch. Her journey inspires others to open their doors, fostering wellness for all.

Lizzi Larbalestier
Lizzi is an award winning ICF Blue Health Coach. Environmental psychology and ocean advocacy are at the heart of her work, championing blue mind leadership and wellness interventions to encourage embodied insight.
She works with blue space to promote ongoing healthy social-ecology, and describes a core part of her purpose as: to live and lead from a place of love, through developing ocean empathy.
When not coaching she will be found rescuing seals as a marine mammal medic or beach cleaning as an SAS Rep and founder of Ghostnetbusters a ghost net retrieval group supporting the circular economy.
