Cancellation & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 5th September 2024

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to support you. However, to ensure the smooth running of our events, we kindly ask you to note the following:


1. Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date.


2. Refunds

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a refund, subject to an administration fee.


3. Transfers

In some cases, we may be able to transfer your booking to another person or a future event. Please contact us to discuss this option.


4. Returns (for merchandise, if applicable)

If you purchase items through The Made For Life Foundation, returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided goods are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
